Refunds
If your minkee print does not meet with your satisfaction, we will refund you the whole amount or send you a replacement, whichever is preferable, so long as you return the original print in the same condition as when you received it within 7 days.
Delivery
All prints are sent by first class post the next day. If you would prefer to pay to have it sent by special delivery please just let us know!
Damaged Goods
Our prints are sent to you in the most appropriate packaging for the job. However if any prints you receive are not in tip-top condition we will send you a replacement. Just return the faulty print within 7 days and we will ship out a new one to you straight away.
