- Refunds
- If your minkee print does not meet with your satisfaction, we will refund you the whole amount or send you a replacement, whichever is preferable, so long as you return the original print in the same condition as when you received it within 7 days.
- Delivery
- All prints are sent by first class post the next day. If you would prefer to pay to have it sent by special delivery please just let us know!
- Damaged Goods
- Our prints are sent to you in the most appropriate packaging for the job. However if any prints you receive are not in tip-top condition we will send you a replacement. Just return the faulty print within 7 days and we will ship out a new one to you straight away.
