FAQ

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide! We want you to have the easiest shopping experience possible, so we’re making our prices simple too. The prices on the prints are all you pay, no added tax, shipping, postage, packaging, cake money, nothing. Nice and simple.
How do I buy a print?
It’s easy! Just find the print or prints you like the best, add them to your basket, and hit the big pay now button. Once you’re there our merchant, PayPal, will take your payment. After that it’s just a case of sitting on the edge of your seat till your very own minkee print drops through your letter box.
Can I pay by card?
You absolutely can pay by card – just click the link on the left hand side when you get to the PayPal page that invites you to use your credit card or bank account.
What if I change my mind?
Oh dear! Well that’s okay too. So long as you return the print in the same condition as you received it within 7 days of when you received it, we will give you a full refund. Email us about it too!
Your site doesn’t seem to be working. Why can’t I buy anything?
This site works best in Firefox 3 and Internet Explorer 7 and above. I’m afraid if you are using Internet Explorer 6 you’ll find a few things don’t quite work – including the shop. If this is the case and you’re interested in buying one of my prints, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email at louise@minkee.co.uk
What is a Gocco print?
A gocco is a little screenprinting machine that was first made in the 70s in Japan. Despite gathering somewhat of a cult status in the US and UK, they haven’t been readily available over here for some years, and have also been discontinued in Japan. However! loyal gocco fans, myself included are still finding means and ways to continue using these little machines to produce all kinds of art.
Do you take requests? Commissions?
If you have an animal or something else you’d really love to see made into a print, you can drop minkee an email all about it at louise@minkee.co.uk. It just might plant a creative little seed, so who knows what could happen. Commissions are always considered, again get in touch via email with details of what you would like and minkee will get back to you with her prices.
How can I keep upto date?
You can use the shop’s rss feed to see exactly when something new enters the shop, or you can keep an eye out on minkee’s blog, flickr, and twitter to get the latest on what’s coming up, as well as some sneak previews. And there’s always the newsletter!
